We stand behind our saddle fitting services and our saddles. Very simply, if your new Trail or Heritage saddles does not fit to YOUR satisfaction within the trial period, return it for an exchange or full and prompt refund of the purchase price.
We do ask that you go through the "Checking Saddle Fit" procedures, as we can often help you obtain a proper fit with rigging and or padding changes;
Shipping costs and customs fees (if applicable) are not refundable;
Clearance and used items, such as demo saddles, are generally not returnable. Please discuss this with us at the time of your order if you have any questions.
Some custom saddles may not be returnable. If you ask us to build a saddle which we cannot reasonably resell, we will tell you during the ordering process that the saddle will not be returnable. There will be no surprises and you will be informed before you pay for the saddle.
Returned saddles must be returned clean and in like-new condition or we reserve the right to charge a reconditioning fee. In our over 10 years of being in business, we have charged a reconditioning fee once.
Our warranty applies to all saddles sold to the original buyer and is not transferable.
All returns under our guarantee must be accomplished in accordance with our return policy.
Our guarantee is offered and subject to Missouri's Revised Statues. Your rights and our obligations will, if need be, be adjudicated under the Missouri Revised Statutes. (We don't like this legal stuff either, but it is necessary to protect both you and us)
Crest Ridge Saddlery is a small family owned and operated business. The cost of returns and the potential negative reviews impacting on our reputation are significant concerns for us. So, we offer what we feel is the best guarantee in the Saddlery business and stand behind everything we do. We take pride in our customer service and the quality of our products. Your satisfaction is our best advertising. Most importantly, we try to treat every customer just how we would like to be treated.
