Built from breathable close-contact materials, the Whisper Pad sits between your saddle and your horse without the bulk of a traditional wool felt pad. It's a good choice for horses with well-fitting saddles who need minimal padding, riders who prefer a closer feel, or as a lightweight option during warmer months.
One thing we want to be upfront about: the Whisper Pad is not a substitute for a properly fitted saddle. No pad fixes a saddle fit problem. If your horse seems uncomfortable, call us first. A five-minute conversation can help you figure out whether the issue is the pad or the fit.
Regular size: 30" along spine, 17" drop. Smaller size: 25" along spine, 17" drop. Your pad should extend 2" in front of and behind your saddle's skirt.
